Internal Architecture That Prevents Damages
Divider grids create individual cells that prevent lateral and vertical movement. According to packaging safety studies, a movement reduction of even 30 percent lowers breakage probability by nearly 50 percent. Our dividers are designed to cope with this breakage issue and act as internal reinforcements, increasing compression strength and impact resistance during drops, vibrations, and stacking.
Material Quality That Determines Box Performances
Our materials are chosen according to the product sensitivity and its product demands. As bottles are highly fragile and need extra protection, we recommend corrugated cardboard for our bottle packaging as it offers extra protection and is the most reliable material. Higher flute strength directly correlates with better shock absorption and stacking durability. The type of cardboard you can opt are
- Single-wall corrugated supports 20-30 lbs
- Double wall supports 60-80 lbs
- A rigid board is used for luxury and gift packaging
Eco-Conscious Construction That Buyers Prefer
More than 70 percent of customers prefer sustainable packaging, and search trends favor recyclable solutions. Divider boxes are commonly made from 100 percent recyclable kraft or corrugated fibreboard, reducing reliance on plastic fillers. FSc-certified materials improve brand credibility and are frequently mentioned in high-ranking packaging pages
Divider Configurations That Fit Every Bottle Count
Custom cell sizes are designed based on bottle diameter and height, ensuring zero collision during transit. Common divider layouts supported by industry demands include
- 2-bottle and 4-bottle (gift and retail)
- 6-bottle ( standard shipping)
- 12-bottle (bulk and wine cases)
Box Styles That Combine Function With Presentation
To suit different packaging, shipping, and presentation needs, custom boxes are available in a range of structural styles. Each style is designed to offer specific benefits in terms of protection, appearance, and usability, ensuring bottles are securely packaged while aligning with their intended purpose, whether for transport, retail display, or direct-to-consumer delivery.
Regular slotted containers for shipping
RSC boxes are commonly used as shipping cartons, featuring top and bottom flaps that meet at the center and provide strong structural support, making them ideal for safely transporting bottles in bulk during storage and distribution
Two-piece boxes for premium display
Two-piece boxes feature a separate lid and base and offer a refined and high-end presentation. These boxes are well-suited for premium bottles, gifting, or retail display, allowing easy access while improving the product’s visual appeal.
Mailer boxes for e-commerce
Mailer boxes are designed for direct-to-consumer shipping and easy assembly. They provide a secure fit for bottles while maintaining a sleek appearance, making them ideal for e-commerce orders where both protection and unboxing experience matter.
Branding That Drives Shelf Impact
Custom printed bottle boxes increase brand recall by up to 80 percent compared to plain packaging. We offer different techniques for printing your branding elements. CMYK and PMS printing are standard, while digital printing supports short runs and fast launches

Artwork Preparation Guide
At BoxesGen, our Artwork Preparation Guide helps ensure your custom packaging design is print-ready for high-quality results. To get started, submit vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) in CMYK color mode, with a 1/8 inch bleed and 300 DPI resolution. Convert all text to outlines and keep it at least 1/4 inch from the edges. Review your proof to ensure accuracy before submitting. Following these steps will guarantee your design is perfectly printed on your custom boxes.
Cut Line (Black Lines):
The cut line is the outline that marks where your custom packaging will be trimmed. It is typically represented by a solid black line in your artwork file.
Perforation (Dotted Black Lines):
Perforation lines, shown as dotted black lines, indicate where the box will have small, evenly spaced holes for easy tearing or separation. These are often used for tear-away sections.
Bleed Line (Green Lines):
The bleed line is the area extending beyond the cut line, usually marked with a green line in your artwork. Typically, a 1/8 inch (0.125") bleed is required to prevent any unwanted white borders.
Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines):
The safety margin, marked by dotted green lines, is the area around the cut line where important elements (such as text, logos, or graphics) should be kept clear.
Crease Line (Red Lines)
The crease line, marked by red lines in your artwork, indicates where the box will be folded during production.
