Return Window

To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

All returns are handled by mail.

- Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide the return mailing address.
- Please send the product securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
You may use any trusted carrier with tracking information. We recommend keeping your shipment receipt until your refund is processed.
Restocking Fee
A flat $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for each returned order.
