We currently offer shipping throughout the United States.
For international orders, please contact us directly before placing your order to confirm availability and rates.
Shipping Cost:
Shipping is completely free within the United States, no hidden fees or extra charges at checkout.
You pay only for the product itself.
Processing & Handling Time:
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons or large orders, processing times may extend slightly, but we’ll always notify you of any delay.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days depending on your location.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 4–6 business days (including handling and transit).
Order Tracking:
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
If you don’t receive your tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Available for customers within the United States.
- You can pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
- COD may not be available for bulk or custom packaging orders; in such cases, our sales team will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
- A small handling fee may apply for COD orders in certain regions, which will be communicated before order confirmation.
Delayed or Lost Shipments:
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and reach out to our team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
