3. Ordering & Payments

• All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Payments must be made in full before production or shipment.
• We accept secure online payments through reputable payment gateways.
• BoxesGen reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping Policy

• Shipping is free throughout the United States.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment.
• Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after shipping.
• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
• BoxesGen is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details or carrier issues.
• If your package is lost or damaged, contact sales@boxesgen.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our return policy is simple and straightforward.

• Returns can be requested within 45 days of delivery.
• Returns are accepted by mail only.
• Free returns: We do not charge return shipping fees.
• No restocking fees: There are no restocking fees or return-related handling charges.
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Customised or used products are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or we send the wrong item.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before production or shipment begins.

Once processing has started, cancellations may not be possible. Contact sales@boxesgen.com immediately if you need to cancel.

Minor variations in color, size, or material may occur due to monitor settings or manufacturing differences.
