Yes. We have low minimum order quantities as we know small quantity orders are essential for startups, test launches, seasonal campaigns, product samples, limited edition releases, and market testing. We generally offer minimum orders of 100 units, but it also depends upon box style, material, printing process, dimensions, and special finishes you select.

 We use digital printing as a practical choice for smaller runs, while larger quantities may be more cost-effective with other printing methods. You can share your expected quantity and budget, and we are here to guide you with the best solutions.

The material choice is dependent upon the product’s weight, fragility, size, shipping method, and intended use.  As our paperboard cartons work well for lightweight retail items, on the other hand, heavier or shipping-sensitive products demand corrugated cardboard or rigid packaging.

Yes. We offer samples before bulk orders. These samples allow you to check box size, material, print quality, color appearance, folding structure, and overall fit before moving towards production of large orders.

Our pre-production samples help a lot for complex, high-value, or luxury packaging projects. These samples reduce the risk of sizing or artwork issues and give you confidence.

We work to achieve consistent, high-quality color reproduction, but printed colors can vary slightly depending on the material, printing process, lighting, and screen display settings. We use Pantone color matching or physical proof for exact brand colors.

Review your artwork and color requirements with our team before the product is ordered for better understanding. This is especially important for brands that use signature color across packaging, labels, websites, and marketing materials.

Our production and delivery are safe and efficient, but they vary on the basis of quantity, box complexity, artwork readiness, selected materials, printing methods, finishes, sampling requirements, and destination. Simple boxes are faster than custom boxes with special features. 

But our estimated processing and handling time is 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 2–4 business days.

Reduced waste production by smaller and well-fitted boxes results in lower shipping costs and also reduces dimensional weight and minimizes the amount of void fill needed. We advise balanced appearance, protection, sustainability, and budget.

Yes. Once your packaging design, dimensions, material, and print specifications have been finalized, we save the data in our files for easy access and reorders. You can request the same box again anytime and can also make new updates to the existing design for a new product version, seasonal promotion, ingredient change, or limited edition campaign. But to avoid any mishap, we suggest you confirm your artwork, barcode, legal wording, contact details, and product specifications.

Vector artwork is generally preferred because it stays sharp at any size. Commonly accepted professional formats include AI, PDF, EPS, and editable vector files. High-resolution PSD, TIFF, or PNG files may also work for certain graphics, but they should be created at a suitable print resolution.

If you only have a JP logo, a screenshot, or a basic file, send it to us for review. We can let you know whether it is suitable for printing or it needs to be recreated in a high-quality format.

It may, but small details need to be reviewed before printing. Thin lines, tiny text, fine gradients, and intricate patterns behave differently depending on the printing method, material texture, ink coverage, and finishing techniques.

Our team can check your artwork and recommend adjustments, such as increasing line thickness, enlarging text, simplifying fine detail, or choosing a finish that improves contrast and visibility.

We do quality checks by reviewing artwork before production, verifying dimensions, checking print alignment, assessing color consistency, inspecting cuts and folds, confirming glue application, and checking the final structure of the boxes. We test and check inserts or closures to verify they fit and function properly.

Our detailed approval process before production helps to ensure that packaging is designed in accordance with agreed specifications.

It is advised to make a video of your unboxing and contact us as soon as possible your recieve your order. Take photographs of the shipment and affected boxes, and note down the number of missing and damaged units. You may request a return within 45 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted by mail only, and make sure to add a description of the issue. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A $5 restocking fee applies per order and will be deducted from your refund. If we sent the wrong or defective item, the restocking fee will be waived. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 

Yes. Most of our boxes and cartons are foldable and can be supplied flat-packed. These flat-packaged boxes save on storage and shipping costs as they require less storage space and are easy to manage inventory.

Some premium rigid boxes or complex assembled structures may be delivered pre-assembled and can not be shipped flat-packed. We can explain the available packing format before you place orders.

We accept secure and widely recognized payment methods for your convenience. Available payment options may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and any additional payment methods displayed during checkout or approved by our sales team. 

Since every order is manufactured according to your custom requirements, production begins only after your quotation, artwork, specifications, and payment requirements have been confirmed. Your order will move into production once all necessary approvals have been completed.

YES, we offer secure and free shipping across the USA. We may offer standard shipping, expedited delivery, freight shipping, local delivery, or international shipping where available.

If you need packaging for a product launch, event, trade show, or seasonal campaign, tell us your required delivery date before placing the order. We can review the available options and recommend the most realistic shipping method.

Because custom packaging orders move through production and dispatch stages quickly, it is important to check your shipping details carefully before submitting the order.

You may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible, but it depends on the order status. Because custom boxes are made to specific sizes, designs, materials, and print requirements. The order cannot be cancelled once it reaches the artwork preparation stage, proofing, material sourcing, printing, cutting, or production.

If you cancel the order before any production, you can get a refund according to the payment and cancellation terms provided with your order.

Yes. We offer protective shipping boxes for glass bottles, cosmetics, electronics, ceramics, jars, and other breakable items. Protection can be built into the packaging through stronger corrugated board, reinforced walls, custom-fit inserts, cardboard dividers, molded trays, foam alternatives, and snug internal compartments.

We use sturdy materials and features that prevent movement inside the box and meet the shipping conditions. We can help reduce excessive packaging by designing protection that fits the product efficiently.

Once a refund has been approved, it is typically issued through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, and payment method used.

Refunds may take approximately 5 days to appear in your account after they are processed. Bank transfer refunds may require verified account information before payment can be sent.
