Built Around Your Product, Not a Template
Generic packaging rarely fits anything well, literally or visually. We build every box around the actual dimensions, weight, and shape of your product, so nothing shifts, rattles, or feels like an afterthought. That means custom shapes, structural styles that suit fragile or heavy items differently, internal compartments for multi-piece sets, display windows when you want the product visible on the shelf, and closures that feel deliberate rather than functional-only. The result is packaging that looks made for the product because it actually is.
Materials That Hold Up to a Premium Standard
The right material carries the message before a customer reads a single word. Our rigid board gives a substantial, luxury feel that’s hard to fake with anything thinner and is ideal for jewelry, electronics, or gift sets. Our paperboard offers a lighter, cost-efficient option that still prints beautifully. Our kraft stock leans into a natural, artisanal look that works well for skincare and food brands. Our corrugated material adds shipping-grade durability when protection matters as much as presentation, and textured or specialty stock adds a tactile layer that makes a box worth holding onto.
Printing and Finishes That Do the Branding Work
This is where a box stops being packaging and starts being brand recognition. We offer full CMYK printing for vibrant, detailed graphics and PMS color matching when your brand color has to be exact, not close. Foil stamping and embossing or debossing add dimension and a sense of craftsmanship. Spot UV highlights logos or details against a matte background, while soft-touch coating gives boxes a smooth, almost fabric-like feel customers notice immediately. Matte and gloss lamination round things out, protecting the print while setting the overall tone as understated or bold, depending on what your brand needs.

Packaging for Nearly Every Premium Category
We produce these boxes for cosmetics, electronics, jewelry, apparel, candles, gift items, skincare, food products, subscription boxes, and luxury retail goods generally. Each category has different handling needs and different customer expectations, and our packaging is built with those specifics in mind rather than a single catch-all design.
Wholesale Solutions for Growing Brands
As your business scales, your packaging supplier needs to scale with it. We support bulk ordering with production capacity built for growing demand, consistent quality control across every run, and design support from concept through final approval. Prototypes are available before full production, so you’re never guessing what the finished box will look like, and our turnaround times are built to keep your launch or restock schedule on track.

Artwork Preparation Guide
At BoxesGen, our Artwork Preparation Guide helps ensure your custom packaging design is print-ready for high-quality results. To get started, submit vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) in CMYK color mode, with a 1/8 inch bleed and 300 DPI resolution. Convert all text to outlines and keep it at least 1/4 inch from the edges. Review your proof to ensure accuracy before submitting. Following these steps will guarantee your design is perfectly printed on your custom boxes.
Cut Line (Black Lines):
The cut line is the outline that marks where your custom packaging will be trimmed. It is typically represented by a solid black line in your artwork file.
Perforation (Dotted Black Lines):
Perforation lines, shown as dotted black lines, indicate where the box will have small, evenly spaced holes for easy tearing or separation. These are often used for tear-away sections.
Bleed Line (Green Lines):
The bleed line is the area extending beyond the cut line, usually marked with a green line in your artwork. Typically, a 1/8 inch (0.125") bleed is required to prevent any unwanted white borders.
Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines):
The safety margin, marked by dotted green lines, is the area around the cut line where important elements (such as text, logos, or graphics) should be kept clear.
Crease Line (Red Lines)
The crease line, marked by red lines in your artwork, indicates where the box will be folded during production.
