BoxesGen USA specializes in custom packaging solutions, including candle boxes, product boxes, and eco-friendly packaging materials. All products are made from durable, sustainable materials designed for safe shipping and professional presentation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or make a purchase. By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts.

3. Ordering & Payments

  • All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Payments must be made in full before production or shipment.
  • We accept secure online payments through reputable payment gateways.
  • BoxesGen reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping is free throughout the United States.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after shipping.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
  • BoxesGen is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details or carrier issues.

    within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted by mail only.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A $5 restocking fee applies per order and will be deducted from your refund.
  • If we sent the wrong or defective item, the restocking fee will be waived.
  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Customized or used products are not eligible for return unless defective.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before production or shipment begins.
Once processing has started, cancellations may not be possible. Contact sales@boxesgen.com
immediately if you need to cancel.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and images.
Minor variations in color, size, or material may occur due to monitor settings or manufacturing differences.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the BoxesGen website, including text, designs, images, logos, and graphics—is the exclusive property of BoxesGen and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

BoxesGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid by the customer.
